We are pleased to announce the expansion of our growing executive team, with the addition of Jeff O'Connell as Executive Vice President of Technology and Dan Shearer as Senior Vice President of Product and User Experience.

Dan will determine the strategy and execution of all of First Look Media's consumer-facing digital products across various platforms, from web to mobile to connected television. He and his team will work in collaboration with the head of content and programming, Adam Pincus, to build best-in-class user experiences for audiences, with special emphasis on innovation, accessibility and utility.
"Technology is an increasingly essential tool for creators to produce and distribute content, cultivate relationships with audiences and generate real impact," said Michael Bloom, president of First Look Media. "A thoughtfully designed user experience and infrastructure to support our work is critical to our vision of being the premier platform for independent voices. With Jeff and Dan at the helm of this effort, we will have capacity to build products that suit the needs of our company and of the creators with whom we team, and to produce great content together."
